River Edge NJ Schools
River Edge NJ is home to some of the best schools in the area. Under the River Edge Board Education (K-6) there are two schools Roosevelt Elementary and Cherry Hill Elementary.
After moving on from 6th grade they enter the River Dell system at River Dell Middle School (7th-8th) and River Dell High School (9th-12th).
We also have two parochial schools St. Peter Academy (Roman Catholic) and Yeshiva School (Hebrew). there are also a number of pre schools and day cares to choose from.

River Edge is home to New Bridge Landing Historical Site, which is run by the Bergen County Historical Society. This is the home of the Bridge That Saved a nation during the Revolutionary War.
The site hosts events during the year to share the rich history here in River Edge and Bergen County. You can also do self guided walking tours around the historic buildings.
